What is the temperature resistance of the quarter-turn SCQT spanclamps?

For quarter turns SCQT, if these are resistant against -40°C ?

These fasteners have grease inside of the housing and the lowest resistant temperature is -20°C.

So the grease could be frozen and the knob could be stuck.

But it depends on how long the fastener is in -40°C.

If it is short, I think you can give it a try.

From 500 pieces we can investigate if a special grease can be used to lubricate the fastener.

If you need something that resists -40°C continuously we suggest the use of Turnlocks made in stainless steel
